Tips to Grow Baby’s Breath

  1. Arrange good quality baby’s breath seeds.
  2. Prepare the soil by removing weeds and working organic matter into the top 6-8 inches of soil; then level and smooth. Amend soil mixing with organic matter such as compost.
  3. Sow seeds thinly and evenly and cover with ¼ inches of fine soil. Seedlings will emerge in 7-10 days. Thin to stand 18 inches apart when they are 2 inches high.
  4. We can Mulch lightly around the plants to retain moisture for better growth.
  5. Cut long stems for fresh or dried arrangements. For fresh flowers cut flowers when they are 1/3 to ½ open.
