Tips to Grow Cabbage:

  1. Arrange good quality cabbage seeds..
  2. The soil should be well drained, prepare the soil in advance by mixing in aged manure.
  3. Plant the seed ¼ inch deep in the soil and about 12 inches of space in consecutive plants.
  4. We can add compost made by kitchen waste (nitrogen rich) and can spread Mulch thickly around the cabbage for better growth.
  5. Harvest when heads reach desired size and are firm. To harvest, cut each cabbage head at its base with a sharp knife. Remove any yellow leaves and immediately bring the head indoors or place it in shade.
