Tips to Grow Bottle Gourd

  1. Arrange good quality bottle gourd seeds.
  2. The soil should be evenly moist, but not wet or soggy. You can mix in sandy and peat moss for best results which will help give good moisture retention and straight, smooth roots.
  3. Sow the seeds half inch deep in the soil.
  4. We can add organic manure which makes the soil rich. This will give you high-quality vegetables.
  5. Fruits are ready to harvest 60-120 days after sowing depending upon variety. Cut the fruits from the vines carefully, using pruning shears or a sharp knife leaving 3-4 inches of stem attached.
  6. Setup a base for the plant to spread properly for your balcony or open garden. Our guide will help you doing this setup.
