Tips to Grow Aswagandha:
- Arrange good quality of aswagandha seeds.
- Soil should be sandy loam and well draining. It should be moist but not wet. Add some compost in the soil prior planting.
- Arrange a tray and fill it with the soil. In each block of tray sow two seeds 1 inches deep and cover it with dirt. Gently give water to the seeds.
- In 5-10 days germination occur. Seedlings of 30-35 days old are ready to transplant.
- We can add compost made by kitchen waste and animal waste for better growth of plant.
- Drying leaves and red orange berries indicate the maturity and harvest time. Crop will be ready for harvest 160-180 days after sowing.
Chemical Constituents of Aswagandha:
