Tips to grow CUSTARD APPLE

  1. Arrange good quality custard apple plants.
  2. Soak the seeds in water in a cup at room temperature for 4 days before planting.
  3. Sow the seeds about 1 inch deep keeping about 2 inch separation between them. When the seedlings grow to a height of 3-4 inch, it is time to transplant them.
  4. We can add compost for better growth.
  5. The Custard apple is a climacteric fruit and harvested at the maturity state when the fruit starts to change colour from green to its varietal colour shade. Immature fruits do not ripe.
