Tips to Grow Spinach:

  1. Arrange high quality spinach seeds.
  2. Prepare the soil with aged manure at least a week before planting the seeds.
  3. It is advisable to sow the seeds half an inch deep into the soil with at least 3-4 inches of space between each seed. This will give the plants room to grow and expand their roots.
  4. Add compost arounf the plants when they appear.
  5. For baby leaves, Clip small leaves in 3-5 weeks, depending on time of year and speed of growth. Harvest spinach full size but before bolting, cut the leaves from about 2 inches above the ground so that they can re-grow.
  6. For a continuous supply, sow every 7 days.
